Suggested use

Skin: Massage a generous amount onto your face or body after cleansing and let it fully absorb.

Hair: Massage a generous amount onto your scalp and leave on for up to 10 minutes before washing hair with shampoo.

Aromatherapy: When adding your favorite essential oils to our carrier oil, see individual essential oil instructions for guidance.
